"Staff acted like they didn't want to talk to you. Check-in behind glass and gave off an unwelcoming feel. There was a car parked outside our room window that began to play music very loudly at 12:30am. We put up with it for about an hour before calling the front desk 4-5 times to get it addressed before the front desk said they would go out and see what's going on "themselves" about 3:30am when it finally stopped.
