"The staff is very nice. Quick check-in and check out process. This location is right next to Mayo Clinic and it’s perfect when you have appointments there everyday after a major procedure which my dad had. The room is cozy and has a kitchen. Smart TV. Shower water gets nice and hot. Breakfast has good options and loved the hard boiled eggs.
Cons:
1. ac makes the room humid somehow.
2. The room smelled really bad and a technician visited twice however the smell remained. He said it’s the food...

"This was a nice hotel as they are remodeling it. That being said, we checked in at night and had no idea the hotel was under construction at the time and the front desk person never mentioned it. When we went to go park our vehicle closer to where our room was at is when we realized it was under construction due to multiple shipping containers on the back side of the hotel. At 6:00 am we were woken up by the sound of a loud bang and honking from a truck dropping off I’m assuming a shipment right...

"This “hotel” was more like a “timeshare feel” since check in the ladies in the front start asking if we’re interested in joining whatever program etc etc… they messaged my cell phone about 5 times a day to advertise their food+drinks. Did not like that. Our room was dusty and the water in the tub wouldn’t drain properly. While the property looked decent (outside) we wouldn’t stay here again."
