The hostess & new owner was very, very welcoming to us after our hard day's riding (motorbikes). My colleague was presented with a key for the secure garage parking for our bikes (for which no additional charge). Quiet and tranquille setting.Staff were friendly and helpful.Room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable.Set in renovated château and all furniture and decoration based on this with distressed furniture and plenty of nick nacks. Restaurant new and ultra modern. Did not cater for veggies very well but this is France!They need to get internet access and WiFi sorted. An enjoyable weekend,and would recommend if you are looking to get away from it all.

We booked this hotel very, very last minute as we had started to grow tired on the road. It was no problem at all and we were able to go straight to our room. The room was modern and comfortable and we slept really well . The doors do take a good push to close and are noisy when closing - but once the hotel had settled for the night it was a lovely calm environment. Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. Very good traditional French country restaurant with local specialities and delicious local red wine plus good indoor swimming pool and views of the lovely countryside with sheep in the fields from the window.

We had a one night stay and we would stay in this hotel again! What a great find! Cute room and perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the pool. The facilities in the room were great: shower over bath, separate toilet, mini fridge, shutters. Lovely and clean. Lovely view. We didn’t have breakfast as we had had a big meal the previous night in a lovely local restaurant.
