"Our stay at Pratap Mahal in November, 2023 was really very nice. What made the stay very special was that, the hotel which is surrounded by hills had a very serene and relaxing vibe. We got a room on the ground floor, that opened onto a beautiful and serene garden. The staff was extremely helpful and caring, though we expected some delectable Rajasthani cuisine, we were a tad disappointed with the food offering. "Room had nothing but a bed. No amenities at all. Reception did not answer phone calls. Area around hotel was very dirty. Only after arriving did I learn that payment had to be made in cash. No outside food was allowed in - even during Ramadan. "

"They do not have wifi at all in the hotel. There isn’t any hot water, how much you try to do according to what their staffs tell you to do. But the stay was nice apart from these two deficiencies. The bed was cosy, the food was non oily and the staffs behaviour was excellent. "
