"Great location and breakfast, the staff were friendly enough but i believe they were dealing with some amenity problems - they werent very forthcoming about details but this may have been the language barrier - strangely stingy with the toilet paper but overall good value"

"This is a charming pension-style hotel with beautifully maintained rooms and lovely common areas. The bed was comfortable and the hot water plentiful. The breakfast was very pleasant. Hotelier permitted an early check-in without problems."

"The hotel was clean and quiet off of the main street. The rooms are on the top two floors of the building. Double rooms can be made into triples with an extra bed. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"Room was cleanish. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything to people waking up and down the stairs to the people next to you and above you. The breakfast was minimal and if you didn’t get there at 8 when it opened you might miss out as when it’s gone that’s it. The bathroom had a drainage smell, the shower leaked and the overall room needed updates. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night. Close to city center,5 minute walk."

"This is a modest Guest House in Durres, which is a small beach town one hour west of Tirana and the airport TIA. The owners are a retired couple who live downstairs the property. There is a language problem for the couple but their daughter comes to the rescue. They are all very friendly and helpful. Of course, there is no daily housecleaning service as in a hotel but they ask you if you need anything. The area is safe with a few restaurants and mainly luxury hotels. The beach is only...
