"For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but...

"Felt safe, property was clean, nice breakfast. Price was way too much! It is a very small apartment but in pictures appears large. We went to Leticia to visit family so this was close to them. They should provide a microwave, because it’s very hard to heat fast food on a gas stove with pots that stick. Staff were nice. Laundry cost was crazy! So we had to tough it out and hand wash items."

From the owner who is present on the property, to the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. All of our tours were arranged through the hotel and were as expected. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. "Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf."

"Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't.
