"The property is very convenient if you are flying out of the city airport (Aeroparque Jorge Newbery - AEP). It is easy to take an uber to the airport. The location is quiet and there are cafes near by. The room is very clean, the staff are friendly and I would recommend that you stay here. "

"The entire hotel & view were stunning. Being able to walk to the falls after the park is closed felt like a gift, it was magical to walk up close to the falls with hardly anyone around. The staff were very attentive & everyone was so friendly. The buffets are a must! We loved the variety of food. This is a wonderful property & well worth the extra price to stay here. "

"Can’t say enough about the service, from front desk to concierge, through servers, musician. We also used the pool, the gym and the garden, which were all first grade. The best part, at least for us, is the location. We could walk leisurely to the waterfall park, the heliport and the bird park from the property, avoiding the long line on the highway and parking lot. "

"Everything was very clean and overall I enjoyed my stay. The only downside is that check-out is at 10:00 a.m. and breakfast ends at the same time, which makes things feel a bit rushed—especially while you’re trying to pack and they’re already asking you to leave the room. Also, if you need extra towels, they charge for them and the price is quite high. Other than that, everything was good."

"The gorgeous public spaces were glorious. What a wonderful baroque era hotel. Having a drink at the bar was just delightful. Ample, nice breakfast buffet. My room was very clean and very comfortable. Love the robe! Great location. Only recommendation would be to upgrade slippers to cotton instead of synthetic product."
