"This Place Was Excellent! The Staff was Pleasant the Room was Clean including bed was so Comfortable ! Went a swimming indoor + outdoor Pool Use Bar often also had Smoking Area • I would Highly Recommend!!"

"Room was clean and adequate. It was a bit smaller than what we are used to but it served it's purpose. Anita at the front desk was wonderful in the face of a rude customer. (She did not wait on me) The customer was nasty for no reason or fault of Anita's. We saw this customer at another establishment within Bally's and she was quite rude to staff there as well. Kudos to Anita for holding it together."

"This hotel is like the spirit airlines of hotels . The rooms are very clean classic look . The elevator is quick that's good points there. The pool needs work. But the hotel is too old and for the price you can except people who shoo at Walmart stay there "

"This is a really nice place but you pay $30 dollars for parking and it’s really tight no sate first come first serve. Pool needs to be cleaned. I would recommend this hotel "

"I had Alittle trouble with the room and the parking is terrible parking lot tight and it’s very hard to find somewhere to park, overall it’s a nice and clean hotel l. The bakery food was not fresh at all"

"The staff was so nice. The hotel and the room was clean. The guy in the the little store/starbucks was a little rude and the store was definitely over priced. The toliet in the room needs some repair because you have to hold down the flushing lever for a while before it actually flushed. The sink drainage needs to be cleaned. Water would fill up in the sink. Overall the property wasnt bad."

"The check-in associate did not provide any information About where we were supposed to go to locate our room or of the laundry facility or pool area no information was provided. The elevator goes by floor number and not room number. This was a little confusing at first."

"Very disappointed with my stay here at the Clarion. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. Checkout was a joke. I waited to hand in my key cards and my parking pass and the attendant was on the phone and waved me off and did nothing. If I’m charged for anything other than a regular checkout, I will be very angry. The guest staying nearby weren’t loud and obnoxious at all hours and nothing was done. The breakfast was very poor. It was not a comfortable stay at all and I will not be back."
