The room service ladies were superb, clean and tidy room. except when I asked where to heat up my food, was told to go all the way from level 5 upstairs to go on ground level in the restaurant to heat it up. Stayed there for 3 nights and did expect to be provided with something better."

"Hotel is located across from wharfs making it very convenient to catch local ferries and cruise ships. An entertaining feature was the delivery of breakfast to our hotel suite by a robot porter. Overall, a nice place to stay."
