"We stayed in the room called wald. Had a lovely stay from the warm welcome with chocolates and wine to the huge bathtub with plenty of amenities. The breakfasts were really beautifully put together and served in room which we liked. We were really grateful for the attentive hosts who even went out of their way to get us decaf coffee when requested. The room was very clean and was much larger than we expected. The views were spectacular from the windows."

"The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal. "Our stay didn’t starts so well hotels.com didn't send us the email we needed to check in but even though the property says no check in desk we meet the owners who helped us check in and everything went smoothly from there, a full kitchens to cook, laundry facilities, lockers Incase you needed to leave your bags till 8pm on your checkout day, yoga mat, high chair for little ones. Spar around the corner and a aisian food store across the road, with lovely dumplings in the freezer. "
