"This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Excellent location; and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful, as usual. The allocated room was on the nose so we were moved, without argument. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and there were the usual comforts. The included breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The table was clean. "I was very satisfied with the charming historic building, the interior design, the central location, and the cleanliness. I booked a single room, but the bed was double-sized, and the room even had a window and a bathtub, which made my stay even more comfortable. If I visit Ballarat again, I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. "
