"Amazon stay !!"

"This is a older classic decor style hotel which is elegant. However, it is not maintained well enough to keep it's quality up to the level of excellence expected. There was a constant drip from the faucet in the bathtub. There were also way too many scuff marks on the walls in the hallway. There were at least 3 days when the cucumber and fruit water with ice ran out and was not refilled. Finally, the bedding and towels were bright white and well arranged, however the carpet is quite dusty;...

"Breakfast was good but very very packed. Not enough sitting area if traveling with family. Didn’t know you have to reserve to have access to the pool. Was told it’s an hour per group (10 people) but when I came in with family, there were more than 15 people at my reserved time. Pool room was dirty. Strong chlorine smell. Cloudy water. Had to call for pool towels. Lobby is always packed and loud. Overall we did like our room. And good parking nearby."

"Balcony view was great over looking the harbor! Room was neat & clean. Could’ve used some work, but better than average for your typical hotel room. Definitely could be better sound proofed. Heard everything in the lobby & outside. Staff was friendly."

"Our room and bathroom were spotless when we arrived. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperature not too hot and not too cold. The sauna was 10/10 and definitely one of our favorite amenities. The property itself is beautiful. I loved the garden views throughout the hotel, but we booked a Harbor View room, and the view at night was absolutely amazing. "Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. "This lovely boutique hotel in Baltimore was an absolutely delight to stay at! Staff were so nice, lovely perfume spray when you walk; the decor was so adorable; the bed and room were wonderful and onsite amenities, coffee bar and rooftop bar and restaurant were superb! I wish it had been a little closer to inner harbor but all in all five stars!!"

"Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience."
