All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming. Could not fault anything. Hotel very clean and has everything you want or need. I have been travelling for many years but have ever experienced such friendly caring competent helpful staff, from bell boy to manager every one was first class. They really made my stay a pleasure.

Hotel room was fine, check in service staff good, even managed to get us transport to watch the eclipse at short notice. Restaurant staff inexperienced but pleasant.

Nice place on the island. Will come again.
