"Terrible mold in room black hairs in bathroom pool area dirty pool furniture tired umbrellas a cleaner came in at 8 am lucky door latch was on don’t stay there it’s a shame that place 6 yrs ago was lovely new owners running into the ground a caravan park would of been better "

"Fantastic! We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Spacious, and everything we needed for a 2 night stay! Great amenities "

"We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee."

"We for two nights, only error was we booked a wheelchair room and we were given a regular room but the staff quickly acknowledged our concern and we're able to change our room to wheelchair friendly. Was great inside the room, value was great as well, we do not use the pool or anything outdoors."

"after stopping by from seeing penguin, i think this is the great place for staying over night. location only few minutes from penguin place and closed to big supermarket and cafes, but you must hv yr own car though.beach is only few minutes walk.I am not sure when summer, because I only experience in winter on july."

"The only interaction was with the cleaner, so cannot comment on staff. The room was extremely clean and everything you needed was supplied. The balcony at the back was a bonus. The only complaint was with the blinds which had a gap between the two blinds, so the light from outside came in shining right your eyes."
