"As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it! "

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"

"Property is difficult to assess. On the one side Great location, new building, impressive artwork, on the other side not transparent. Room booked was executive room. First room offered was small, no sofa, etc. Claim was that a tiny balcony would make it executive. Upon request, a real executive room was granted. Twice the size and all the advertised features. Room change, wasted time and the impression that we were initially shortchanged. Then, after a long day out we come back to the room - no...

"L'hôtel est très grand en plusieurs parties le bâtiment principal art nouveau a beaucoup de charme. Chambre avec vue directe sur la Moselle, grande terrasse Spa bien décoré, seul regret un gym bien trop petit (uniquement 4 appareils de cardio)."
