"The room it’s located on the 12th floor, and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️❤️❤️"

"The hotel changed management and name. They never granted my stay and told me to deal with Cheaptickets to get a refund. I had to find another hotel"

"The hotel was “closed” we booked, took a taxi there and the business was shuttered..
Had to find another hotel.
This was appalling, how can a shuttered up hotel appear on hotels.com as available to book. "
