"Check in was good. Theses are small cabins. 2 are connected. Our key would not work well in the door lock. The door knob seemed like it was ready to fall off. You don’t have a lot of TV channels, but sufficed. It was a small cabin, not a major hotel. It was nice for what it was. The shower was good. A lot of hot water. I believe it is the only place to stay in spirit Lake."

"This place is very good. You should stay here. It's simple and straightforward, but you can tell that the owners/operators truly care and have sweated the details. This is a place where they can proudly invite their friends and family to stay. Name-brand toilet paper, nice shampoo and body wash and lotion, nice bathroom fixtures, nice towels, good mattresses, lots of hooks on the walls for hanging your gear, white noise machines to combat the train noise (which didn't bother me at all), and...

"Our biggest issue was the fact that the property is not a 1 minute walk to the ski resort as the listing stated. You have to drive or get the shuttle. Otherwise, the property was in excellent condition with awesome linens, a well equipped kitchen and extra fluffy throws. The hot tub worked great and was very private. There was also a nice Weber gas grill on the deck. Game room in the garage, boot dryer and ski storage were very handy. Do be prepared for the stairs!! Two long narrow...
