"Adoramos a nossa estadia São Torcato. O staff foi muito simpático antes, durante e no final da estadia. A casa era espaçosa. Fica localizado muito próximo de Guimarães. Gostamos muito e recomendamos este hotel. "

"Room was clean, location is excellent, convenient to must see places and to restaurants. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and the people in the neighborhood are polite. Has two neighborhood grocery stores. There’s no noise in the building or outside. Easy check in and out. Some suggestions and observations: It would be nice if you can provide knives for cutting fruits, coffee maker not working, hot water kettle is working but leaky. "Casa da Fonte is nestled in one of the sweetest villages within Gerês. This place was a good value for price. However, we had major issues with check in. We sent inquiries about check in days before and received no response. We didn’t get our check in information until after the check in time, forcing us to sit in a fierce, cold rain storm. The place smelled like cigarettes and the host is not on site/wasn’t responsive. However, we may have been a one off. Everybody has a bad day and we hope...

"I had a very pleasant stay here during my trip to Portugal. The space was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the amenities provided — there was a dishwasher and a washing machine with laundry pods available, which was incredibly convenient because I was able to do my laundry during my trip.
The kitchen also had plates, glasses, and pots available for use. The only small downside was that there were no utensils, but this was a very minor issue...
