"We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Among the variables I consider in a hotel at the time of making the choice, service is one of them. Novotel Sofia has one employee at the reception named Rosen who is a gem. Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. "Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...
