"Nice place, everything in excellent shape. Only issues were weak coffee the first day ( but following days it was okay) and the AC in the room. AC is a design/layout problem. It blows directly across both beds. If you like cold wind then no problem. AC unit was very quiet, fridge was quiet, internet does well, TV service in room was fine."

"Clean property, room was cold but that can be adjusted, some like it cold. Never got the time to swim but the gate was closed to the pool when I went out there to check it out. I supposed one needs a key or code to get in. The location is perfect and near many restaurants, stores and very close to the Tanger Outlet which is a good one. This was my 2nd stay and I will stay at this hotel again."

"There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!"
