"In all honesty, the rooms were a little shabby. Needs an update. But exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed! Shower was good. "Front" facing rooms get more traffic noise. And the outside was well maintained, except for some areas of the outside concrete walkways. ( hard winters here)! Breakfast was bagged for you in the am to eat in your room.
