"The staff here was so great and wonderful. Brandon was so informative and helpful he answered all of our questions and gave alot of helpful advice. The breakfast here was so good and the bar was phenomenal. The vibe there and the cost of things there was wonderful. Love this hotel I would most definitely be booking this place again when I come back to costa rica. You won't regret booking this hotel."

"The hotel staff were above board. My room was on the smaller side, I'd expected a little more legroom for the price. It was bare bones, one small towel, one hand towel, no washcloth. The onsite Italian restaurant was nothing to write home about, minimum choices, overpriced. Staff went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my stay."

"This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced."
