"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Loved everything about this hotel. After having a bad experience at another place, this was a breath of fresh air. The staff was exceptional. We were able to check in early and got a late check out. The room was super comfortable. Super convenient location in the city centre. Highly recommend!! A+++"

"Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The showers were very nice. Air conditioning was very nice, especially with a heat wave. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options."

"We spent 4 nights at this hotel, having chosen it because of its proximity to the lake and the old town. While it's good in that respect, it unfortunately made for a very noisy stay, with traffic noise abating only slightly during the small hours. The glazing provides very poor sound insulation. The weather was very warm and it was stifling in the room, there being no air conditioning and the provided fan being noisy and innefective. So we never had a decent sleep.
The room itself was clean...

"It was beautiful hotel. It does not have AC so got really hot in room. They provided a fan.
We tried the restaurant it was good. Service is not the best but views are amazing.
I loved it, it’s away from the noise but area is not as nice on the other side of the hotel."
