"Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running in room above us. Try to get 4th floor. 3) Rooms are not cleaned daily. Not a problem, but should have been communicated. 4) Hotel is next to an HVAC business (north side by main parking lot), which tends to be very loud (sounds like banging of metal) sometimes late into the evening and early morning. Employees worked til almost 11:00 pm one evening and started around 6:30 am the next morning."

"The loud knock on the door at 11pm when we were asleep with someone claiming to be from office telling us we need to keep the noise down. But we were already asleep. The lady screaming at 2am one night. The construction noises briefly at 11pm one night. The shake of the building when doors slam all hours of the night. The horrible smell if windows open."

"The room itself was good and the staff was excellent. My main issue was the bathroom. The tub did not drain and the last thing I wanted after a long day of driving was to see the previous occupants hair floating up from the drain. Couple that with broken silicon around the tub and surrounding areas made it obvious that maintenance hasn’t been done in a while. The AC was also aggressively loud!"

"This is a relatively new hotel and it shows. Very clean and modern finishes. No toiletries, but hairdryer is a yes. The bar and restaurant were a nice feature, along with free breakfast. The hotel was centrally located and as quiet as a hotel can be when youre staying somewhere. I do recommend."

"The rooms definitely do not look as nice as pictured. The hotel is on the run down side but it served it's purpose. The bed was comfortable enough, the shuttle to the airport was fantastic even though the hotel is within walking distance and the staff was very nice and helpful."
