"Did not need parking, staff was nice I didn’t really hang in the swim up bar once I found out we had to pay for everything that’s not fun I see cheaper resorts that would have done the same thing for a 3 of the price I paid I did not eat at the restaurants on the resort it’s many thing to chose from once you cross the street the price for sting ray and star fish was over 120 when you can cross the street captain Marvin half price literally across the street breakfast amazing across the street...

"Great experience on this fantastic beach! It's almost like having a private beach. Each condo is individually owned, and we were in a newly remolded two-bedroom. Note, the condo's do not have individual pools rather a shared pool. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it! The pool, palm trees, and sunset views over the ocean were wonderful! You can snorkel directly in front of the hotel. It is was so easy, fun, and close. We were able to walk along the beach from the small beach area in front of the hotel. The piña coladas were the best I’ve ever had and the iced coffees from the coffee bar inside were also delicious! We would definitely stay here again. A shuttle from the turtle center picked us up right outside.

"We stayed on the end condo on the ground floor. It was very clean and well stocked with comfy furnishings and amazing views! Claudette was so kind and helpful in the office along with the other girl. We sat in the screened in porch and watched the ocean and was able to snorkel right outside our condo. We will certainly stay again! The only minor negative was that the West end is pretty far away from restaurants and shopping so we took the public bus for those things. "

"I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm.
