"The room had a wet floor from a leaking AC unit. Front desk was notified and told me they knew about it . So my point is why give me a room that has a wet floor and smells like mold ."

I was not advised of check out time I was just advised that continental breakfast was not included with my room. I only received my key to the room and no additional information. "The daytime staff was more helpful. The night staff on the 1st night was very lackadaisical. The 1st room was awfully maintained. Dirty linen and shower. Smelled of a boys locker room. The 2nd night was better, they moved us to a different room. The amenities were great."

"Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. The outdoor furniture was nice but the cushions needed replaced. They were visibly soiled and torn."
