"Starting out the woman caught an attitude with me like I was bothering her with the questions that I had. For a single woman, parking was very very shady very dark on the side I was told to park on. The building smelled horrible walking in. The mini fridge in my room didn’t work & it had a terrible odor coming from the inside when you opened the fridge door. Just feel like they could care more. "

At 4:15 am, we went to the front desk. The night clerk came down but could not do anything about the whistle and had no spare rooms to offer. The solution was to turn up the heat so the register would run and avoid the noise."
