"Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Running this place is not easy but the family are doing their absolute best as custodians. They are fully dedicated and committed to making Chateau de Candes a success. Merci Bertrand et Sam. "After seeing mixed reviews I had been concerned but for the price we paid this place is amazing. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. It had everything we needed (except a fan)

"We have stayed in this property just for one night and enjoyed it. Although reception was not 24 hrs, we did not need it. Receptionists were very nice, polite and helpful. Access to car park was easy with plenty of spaces to choose from at that time. We chose to have breakfast outside as found it overpriced in Odalys. "

"Séjour fantastique, très bonne organisation sur tout le site, un personnel très agréable, attentif et courtois.
Seul bémol, la propreté du logement qui laisse à désirer ( toiles d'araignées et araignées...), terrasse très sale notamment.
un effort serait bienvenu sur ce dernier point.
