"El personal muy amable y atento,el hotel con buenas condiciones. Solo esta un poco alejado del centro aunque no es dificultad ya que el traslado en taxis y Uber es rápido y a un precio muy accesible"

"No it was not .parking ok"

"Clean, beautifully decorated. Very helpful stuff, especially Manuhel (not sure if I spelled name correctly) at the reception. He was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Strongly recommend."

"Nos encantó la vista, lo insonorizada de la habitación, la potencia de la ducha, el desayuno delicioso, estacionamiento siempre disponible. La vista de las habitaciones es mundial!! Las camas y almohadas cómodas y huelen delicioso El wifi no es bueno…"

"Lovely location, beach view is nice. The hotel needs work, it is very worn."

"The Staff"

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. The only issue was the amount I was charged. It was higher than the listed price, and I was told that the difference was due to VAT and would be refunded during checkin. However, the additional amount was more than 20% of the listed price, while the refund I received was only about 25% of the extra amount I had paid. This was disappointing and could have been explained more clearly at the time of booking."

"Nice hotel, classic service with a perfect location. Breakfast could be improved."

"This is a truly historic hotel right in the heart of Trelew, with a very atmospheric bar/restaurant area. The accommodation was basic and the room in need of a refurb but there was hot water and the staff were friendly. "

"Really artsy and beautiful place! Our room was spacious and everything had such fun decor to look at all over the hotel. We met Paula and she was so cool, chatted to us for awhile and had recommendations for our day. I wish we'd had more than our one quick night here and was sad to miss breakfast because of an early flight. Definitely book here!"

"Pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast, great ocean view."

"Chambre très propre, eau chaude pour la douche. Chauffage dans la chambre et literie de qualité. Personnel accueillant. Je recommande sans hésitation."
