No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space...

"It is a beautiful property at the center of the city. The garders are spectacular and the breakfast spread is absolutely delicious. I stay here each time I visit Aviles. My only complaint is that rooms need upgrades-- the beds/mattresses are a little stiff and they still use double twin beds pushed together to make a full/queen sized bed. Some of the wallpaper in my room was bubbling, not a big deal, but it is notable for a 5 star hotel. "

"Hotel sencillo y funcional a la vez que cómodo (aunque el baño se le ve un poco antiguo) . Silencioso, con parking gratis y restaurante donde se come de maravilla y con muy buena atención. Lo único que sería mejorable sería el entorno y la situación a 1.5 km del centro y a 3 km de la playa de las dunas del Espartal. Teniendo coche no sería un problema. Por cierto, el centro de Avilés es un encanto para pasear y cenar tranquilamente, y un buen sitio para alojarse y recorrer la costa de Asturias a...
