My only issue was the fire alarm went off during one night, we went to an evacuation point but there was no staff to inform us on what to do. Luckily it was a false alarm and we all returned to our rooms. "

We were very early in the season so many preparations and improvements were taking place, so we feel it would have been even better a little later into the month. "Magnifique! I don’t have enough adjectives to describe just how outstanding this place is. A gorgeous property with a beautiful pool. Our room excellent. The food delicious. "The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room."
