"The staff were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and truly magnificent. We were in Shannon for a dear friends funeral and while that was very difficult the staff made it so much easier. Carrygerry country house is so beautiful, it is cosy, the mattress and pillows were so comfortable and the room was spotless. Their attention to detail was second to none. I would stay here again in a heart beat, very well done to all the team, this is hospitality at its finest !! "

"This is a nice hotel located a couple of blocks from the beach. The room was large, spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.The Aberdeen Bar & Restaurant is warm and welcoming and offers an excellent menu. The breakfast buffet was expansive and well maintained. The hotel is a block away from the main street in town where one can find other restaurants as well as pubs with traditional music. On site parking is free. "Sinead and Sean were wonderful hosts, and staying with them was truly a pleasure. The room was lovely, and the breakfasts were amazing. Their son has food restrictions, so they are especially understanding and accomodating of others' needs in this regard. Both breakfasts were Celiac-safe gluten free, with extreme care taken to avoid cross-contamination!
