"Stayed here several times when in town to visit family. Always friendly staff and accommodating! Clean rooms and the air conditioner works fabulous with the very hot days"

"We had just a very short one-night stay. The reception desk employee at check-in was friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean. It did take us awhile to figure out how to make the TV work when we returned late from our event and just wanted to catch the local news and weather before going to sleep. In our particular room, it required the switch by the room door to be in the "on" position. A note or placard in the room explaining that would have been handy."

This business needs to be removed from Hotels.com so it doesn’t happen to somebody else. It was very frustrating and I had to buy camping gear last minute at Walmart, which was very costly. "

"The room and the Water Park was great. My grandkids absolutely loved it. There is not a lot of food options and the restaurant in the casino is NOT kid friendly whatsoever. I sat my grandkids down at the table and did our drink order. I told the waitress that I was going to the casino to get my husband.
