"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked...

"The property overall was fair. Nothing Great! The parking area felt okay but we had to pay for parking that we were pretty positive was included with our booking but could not find otherwise. The halls and the elevator were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. This was not done while we were there. The room needed some cleanup as well.
