"We stayed here Saturday through Monday. It was crowded because of a concert at the Cesaers casino but it’s large enough to have your own space. Nearby grocery’s, eateries etc. It’s out of the downtown district. The breakfast lady was very attentive and deserving of a 5 star service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"When i had an issue with the outlet being Brocken not holding my phone plug in the wall they switched our room right away and they said that they would take care of the outlet. They were very respectable with everything that we needed help with."

"Really should have given it the highest rating just to offset the people who gave it unreasonably low ratings. This is not a five star resort...and it isn't priced like one. Reading some of those reviews, I almost opted to spend more money and stay somewhere else. But I thought I'd give this a try and I'm glad I did.
