"Great hotel although had to endure a small amount of noise from the railway running close by. Room was very clean and had all amenities expected. Staff very nice and helpful except for the desk officer who welcomed our arrival. He could have been a little more welcoming."

"So a few very disappointing points: pillows were horrible, blackout curtains were too light and light came in from the bottom, no ice bucket or ice machine, no instant coffee in room just tea,no cleaning of my room until late in afternoon, if at all. "The previous reviews about the small size of the hotel rooms were not kidding. I booked a room for three people. Myself and my two young adult daughters. We are kind of small people. 5’5” and all under 120 pounds. We could not pass each other in the space in this room. It was very claustrophobic. In the bathroom, the shower is about 1 foot away from the toilet and has a curtain but is not enclosed so you have to squeegee the whole bathroom floor after you shower. "This room was great. It had a little area off to its side for our teenage son. He had privacy in a way. The breakfast was great. The location was excellent. It was a very active hotel but very quiet. The staff easily helped us with bags and taxis in both ends of our stay. We would stay here again."

"Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Unser Badezimmer war etwas klein mit zu wenig Platz. Grundsätzlich etwas wenig Stauraum. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon im 6 Stock war über einen nicht überdachten Gang erreichbar. Bei Regen nicht so toll."
