We had the Triple Room with big bathroom & they bought the dryer & washing to our Room. The Hotel has awesome Housekeeping & Front Office Team. Lastly the best Bell Man Faisal ordered a Driver for us from our Hotel to Abu Dabi Airport (2 Hour Driver). Grateful to the Hotel Bell Man Faisal!!! Faisal needs to have a reward. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, they gave us early check in and late check out. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is more boutique style which we really liked. It is close next to West Beach, and about 500 meters from a mall that has supermarkets, restaurants, and pretty decent shopping."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Souvenir-Shop in direkter Umgebung. Aber wenn man das weiß, ist es in Ordnung. Uns hat eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon...

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
