"The water park was closed for construction which we were unaware of. We chose to not stay there since that was why we made our reservations there. It was very difficult to get our money refunded. "

It was a HUGE misrepresentation and left out serious issues with the condition of the room on their listing. We decided to leave and find better accommodations had been in the room less than an hour and they charged us a full night and...
