"The lady at the front desk was helpful and pleasant but with too many other responsibilities to properly attend to guest's needs. As we arrived, a number of guests were expressing significant frustration, one of whom demanded his money back and left very angry. The facility is very old, significantly unkept and seriously rundown. Thankfully our room was clean, and adequate but the air conditioning was so loud that it woke us every time it kicked on during the night. Only one luggage cart made...

"We brought our grandchildren to the hotel for the pool/waterpark. They loved it and it was a big hit to them. The part we were so disappointed in was the overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the hallways and lobby area, which we had to walk through to get anywhere in the hotel. For this reason, we do not think we are going to bring the grandkids back."

"The uniqueness of the building, the dining in the building, great room, friendly staff, the breakfast that was available. The only negative issue was the window, it would have been nice to overlook the street but it overlooked a side parking lot. Enjoyed the stay will stay there again."

"Sue at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It is very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good and access was easy. The breakfast is a bag with a sweet roll, water, fruit cup, and apple juice. My only issue is that hotels should now advertise this versus "free breakfast." Secondly, the person in the morning should have proactively offered me the "bag breakfast" versus having to have me ask for it. Overall, it was good one night's stay and I would recommend it. "
