"ヘルシンキからの船のターミナルにも近く、旧市街地やショッピングモールなどにも徒歩圏内、で大変便利が良かったです。 部屋は広さも清潔さも申し分なく、無料でお湯をくめたり軽食の購入、お皿やカトラリーなどが充実している共用スペースも便利でした。 チェックインは機械でしますが、事前の荷物預けはうまく機械でできず(そもそもできるのかどうかも不明ですが)スタッフに声掛けをしたら荷物室のカードキーを渡してもらいました。 またタリンに行くことがあれば是非利用したいホテルです。"

"Rooms were stuffy, we had no way of turning on the a/c as there was no thermostat in the room. It was hard to breathe ! We had to walk 2 sets of steep stairs to reach our room with luggage, no bell boy! Also there were folded up mattresses by our door throughout our stay, very tacky! To make matters worse they skipped cleaning our room one day. Breakfast was ok. The location however was excellent. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Great location, clean, comfortable room, friendly staff"

"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."

"This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight. This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a lovely staff who are kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We had three rooms: a standard room, a suite and a senior suite. "Ok... first when you are trying to locate the property... it's not on the main street.... there's a sign... but you need to walk into the parking area... there you'll see the lobby doors. "Das Hotel liegt super, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse direkt am Rathausplatz. Was Reisende wissen sollten: Es hat keinen Aufzug und es gibt viele Treppen. Dafür hat das Haus aber Charme und Charakter. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Eier werden nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, gute Auswahl an frischem Obst. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem."
