"I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional ,they truly set the tone for a great experience. "We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. "The restaurant (food and views) is very good. Service is very friendly and nice. Room are spacious and comfortable and similar to the photos. The place is quiet and surrounded by lots of beautiful vegetation. I would stay there again. The only negative side was that I was there for work and from my room there was minimal wifi reception, but from the restaurant it worked fine."
