"The room seemed to need a little updating and a whole lot of cleaning. Very dusty...?.. The be was ok. The hallway smelled of sour dishrags. Must have had some water leakage and the AC/Fan unit could use a good cleaning to rid of the odor also. Thought I over paid for what I got. Sad."

"The property was exactly as advertised there wasn't any surprises. The Park food and entertainment was very close. The staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was the WiFi was unreliable."

"The beds were mushy, the pillows flat, and the towels thin. There were long hairs in the tub…from the previous occupant! Was told, by the front desk, that they would take care of it, they did not. We checked out early."

"The Hotel in general was in need of refurbishment the housekeeping needs a good supervisor to oversee cleaning. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. The hotel smelled like dogs. Not good"

"I was treated to one of the very worst examples of how not to greet a guest. The two employees working check-in when I arrived 9/18/26 at around 9:00 p.m. were having a squabble as to which one was in line to greet me. The squabble quickly grew to a near shouting match, all while I waited to be served. They took turns calling who I assumed was there supervisor to loudly complain about their co-worker's lack of professionalism. Suffice to say neither worker exemplified anything like the basics...

"Upon arrival we had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came to check us in. When we finally got our room it was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. My husband referred to them as “chicklets” as they were so small. Breakfast was great. Staff in the breakfast room were friendly. There was no restaurant on property and not many nearby. I attempted a trip to the front desk again to see if I could get a paper plate one night and there was nobody to be found....
