"There was blood stains on our carpet, there was bloody boogers in the wall of the bathroom. And when we talked to staff about it, they neglected to do anything about it.. your ceiling was even caving in in our bedroom and had massive water stains. Carpets in the hallways were stained multiple spots. This property is not anything like advertised."
