"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"The only thing going for this hotel was the proximity to the airport, otherwise, it not that great. The room we had was not nice, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom for use of a hair appliance, and no mirror in the bedroom. Lobby furniture was completely stained and looked disgusting. This was a last minute booking for us and only had one room left which was on the main floor, beside the lobby. There is no restaurants nearby, we ended up walking to the airport for dinner. I...

"The deluxe bungalow was so nice inside with all the modern conveniences but had a thatched roof giving you an authentic Polynesian experience. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom had 2 beautiful sinks and walk in shower. The kitchenette was an added plus! The pool was wonderful and ocean view and beach were beautiful. The on site Sunset Grill was convenient but we only had 1 dinner there since there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again...
