"The property is located in a very quiet and safe part of the city, right opposite the American and Moroccan Embassies. Many diplomatic missions are located in the are, which reassured me about safety.
The rates were reasonable compared to other hotels.
The facility however is a bit old. The rooms could do with some upgrade.
The breakfast was really good. There were sufficient choices of food"

"Nous avons séjourné à deux à l'hôtel Boulevard. Ce fut un très bon moment, l'hôtel est calme, propre, le personnel est au petit soin, le ménage des chambre est fait tout les jours, la piscine est bien ensoleillé, grande et appréciable. La vue face à la mer est aussi un plus. Prochain retour à Libreville se fera également dans cet hôtel. Rapport qualité prix très juste avec un petit déjeuné compris dans la formule et bien appréciable. "

"Not all rooms at this hotel are the same so ask to see a few before paying. I stayed in room J near the back which was the best they showed me. Have euro cash to pay your bill as US dollars are heavily discounted. Les Saveurs is in Libreville`s nightlife area with dozens of small clubs and restaurants nearby. Despite this, my room was quiet..Downtown LIbreville is just a 20-minute walk away, which is convenient. This place is no palace but it`s acceptable and the best value for money in...

"Superb hotel especially if on a business trip. Very clean, well prepared food, reasonable internet connectivity. Generally a bit on the expensive side and the gym is definitely wanting.
The staff were otherwise friendly and room service was always prompt and is 24/7. It is also quite close to supermarket which allows you to shop for your own drinks, even food which can be stored in the refrigerator in the room and food heated in the microwave also in the room"
