"The facility was very clean and modern. Hot Springs doesn't have a lot of Modern Hotels to select from. It is in a safe area. I was able to book it the same day I needed it for . Very friendly check in staff. Although there was a line the front desk people kept apologizing for the wait which really wasn't that long."

The bed was nice but not as comfortable as I would have liked but I do have trouble sleeping so it could have just been me. My husband slept great. "

"Fantastic hotel for the price. This is an older hotel, but it is very well maintained. It was extremely clean. All staff was wonderful. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The food was served cafeteria style, but you could get as much as you wanted. They make everything from scratch. It was within 10-15 minutes to every attraction. Thank you to the staff at BW Winner's Circle! You guys are awesome! "
