"The breakfast was not great for the price. We were in the 4th floor with a huge luggage and the elevator goes up to the 3rd. So we had to carry our luggage up the stairs… the location is amazing thou. Worth it to put up with those small details tbh.
Another weird thing to flag is that there’s a window from the bed to the toilet. Not great"

"This is one of the best hotels i've stayed in. really enjoy the grand view of the castle from the dinning area, the breakfast and the dinner here are wonderful, the desert is wonderful. the room has a great balcony , it is just a very pleasant experience staying here. "

"A fantastic location, a short walk from the castle and easy access to Heidelberg's attractions. The room was clean and spacious, but there was no kettle, which was disappointing, as we both enjoy tea and coffee in bed while on holiday.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we took the opportunity of enjoying the traditionally cooked food out on the street, and breakfast was plentiful and of good quality.
Parking was subsidised by €5, so it came to €15 a day at a car park 5 minutes' walk from...

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is so beautiful and they were so helpful with any of the questions we had. Don’t sleep on the sauna wellness area on the fifth floor. It was absolutely incredible."
