"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Great location. Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk as you exit ( left direction ) from Lucerne Barhoff ( train station ). Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to (museum) Rosengart Collection, Lake Prominade, Jesuit Church, Chapel’Bridge, Old town streets, restaurants and boutiques. Excellent front desk staff & house keeping, good breakfast. Newly renovated rooms. "

Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. "This is a poorly designed old budget hotel describing itself as a boutique hotel. The room was tiny with the toilet a few feet directly next to the bed. There were strange vibrating noises heard at night. The room and bathroom did not smell fresh. The hotel is in 10 min walking distance to train and lake but not the best location."
