"When we first checked in to the hotel (rooms 333 and 334), the rooms were clearly not dusted in a while (could see visible dust on the nightstands, lamps, water bottles, rods in bathroom etc.). The sofa had large spots and were dirty. The WiFi was spotty too (general property had 30+MBps while the room had a weak ~1MBps had frequent connection drops). We immediately called the reception and let them know about the issue. We felt we booked the wrong place for our stay.

"The stay was very nice . But is far from the city area if you’re looking for hide out and chill spot it’s an excellent option. The Breakfast was very good lot of choices & specially the Restaurant staff was great"

"The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy.

"Novotel Candolim is a very good and centrally located property with all the amenities you could ever wish and you can walk to any local shop or restaurant within a few minutes. Swimming pool is a nice place to be with a nice 35 meter length. Very clean and very nice. All the staff work as a team and are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is just amazing and we had many evening buffet dinners which were all very nice and the menus were varied and rotated daily.

"Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
