We weren’t told by the hotel that you needed to leave you key at reception if you want your room cleaned and giving fresh towels. "The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with good access to the beach and a nice pool- although loungers would have been nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even when there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the poor build quality of the roomms meant there were gaps around the doors- so the air con was nowhere near a decent efficiency.
