"Rooms don’t have a fridge, even family rooms don’t, which is annoying when you want to chill water or drinks etc. you would think a fridge is standard these days. Also, asked for a carrier bag at reception and was told they don’t have any, which I find hard to believe. Also, cleanliness (or lack of) was a problem. "We had a great stay at snowdonia mountain lodge! Awesome location for hiking and exploring Wales. Clean room, friendly staff and a unique atmosphere. We cooked our own dinner in the common kitchen and enjoyed a walk directly from the lodge. I highly recommend this place for those looking to get off the beaten path!"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfy but very noisy from outside . Seagulls, children’s play area, early morning deliveries. The food was awful, undercooked chips with a shepherds pie thing and peas that had seen better days. Room we stayed in was a box room, absolutely tiny, and the toilet/shower room was not a full arms width from side to side, and for a big lad that was most uncomfortable. "The bed was comfy and the shower had good water pressure and heat. Make sure to take shampoo/shower gel as we were only given a sachet of shower gel in the room. It was very noisy from when we arrived to after we tried to go to sleep. Very hot in room and unable to have windows open as the smoking area was directly outside the windows of the room so woken up several times due to guests chatting and smoking well past midnight up to 3am. "From the moment Kath opened the door to us she made us very welcome in her home. It was a lovely stay, the bed was comfy we had a great night's sleep and Kath's breakfast was so good, she offers fruit, yogurt, cereal and a really good cooked selection. "Limited parking I have booked and paid with Expedia but staff said its booked but not paud so i paid upfront when we checked in, i have to deal with this with Expedia Anyway the room is clean but no loo roll not a single one in toilet when we arrived so i have to ask for one.
